The hypothalamus is the part of the diencephalon associated with visceral, autonomic, endocrine, effective.   Endocrinology is the study of the endocrine system,Hormones secreted by the hypothalamus. It has a near functional and anatomic relationship with the Section of Reproductive Endocrinology.
